Refund Policy
At CodedFone we prioritize your satisfaction. Because we deliver digital services — virtual numbers, SMS routing credits, temporary email, eSIM activations, SMM orders, and account logs — most purchases are final once the product has been activated, delivered, or credited to your account. This policy explains when we make exceptions, how refunds are issued, and how to request one.
By making a purchase on CodedFone, you acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy.
✅ Refund Eligibility
We honor refund requests in the following situations:
1. Failure to Receive SMS (Non-Delivery)
- No SMS was received on the purchased number
- The number is not marked as activated
- Request submitted within 7 days of the order
- Refunds are credited back to your CodedFone wallet (not your bank)
- Once an SMS is received on the number, the order is considered fulfilled and refunds are void
For most SMS-verification failures, refunds are automatic — the system credits your wallet when the order times out without delivery.
2. Failed SMM / Account-Log Orders
- Order was not delivered or was significantly under-delivered after the platform's stated processing window
- Report via support email within 7 days of order completion
- If we cannot fix or re-run the order, your wallet is credited for the unfulfilled portion
3. Major Technical Defects
- Reported via support@codedfone.com or our Telegram channel within 72 hours
- We attempt to resolve within 72 hours
- If unresolved, we offer a wallet refund or replacement
- Temporary access to your CodedFone account may be requested for diagnosis
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
- Service has already been used, activated, or delivered
- Wallet has already been credited (wallet funds can only be used for further purchases — they are not refundable to a bank account)
- Issues caused by unsupported third-party platforms
- Delays from external apps, banks, or payment processors
- Missing or incorrect verification info supplied by the customer
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after the order
⏳ Refund Request Timeline
All manual refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Late requests will not be honored.
