• Payment information — transaction reference, amount, payment method, and bank-confirmation details. Card numbers and CVVs are handled by our payment processors (e.g. Flutterwave, Korapay) and are never stored on our servers.
• Service usage — services you purchase, virtual numbers you activate, SMS messages received on those numbers, IP address, device type, and browser.
• KYC / verification data — only when required by law (e.g. for high-volume reseller accounts).
• Cookies and analytics — to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure traffic.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provision and deliver the services you purchase (numbers, eSIMs, SMM orders, etc.)
• Process payments, credit your wallet, and issue refunds per our Refund Policy
• Send transactional emails (receipts, OTPs, support replies, refund notices)
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations
• Improve and secure our platform
• Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests from authorities

3. SMS Content on Virtual Numbers

When you rent or activate a virtual number, the SMS messages received on that number are stored on your account so you can view the verification codes. We do not read, sell, or share the content of those messages with third parties. Once the order expires or is refunded, message content may be deleted from our systems.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Payment processors (to charge your card or accept your transfer)
• Upstream telephony providers (to provision the actual virtual number you rent)
• Hosting and infrastructure vendors (servers, email delivery, analytics)
• Law-enforcement or government authorities when legally compelled

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your country/currency preferences, and measure how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features (login, checkout) will not work without them.
